The Luxembourg – Chile Chamber of Commerce has been created at the beginning of 1996. The incorporation of this non-profit organization was done by companies and people with commercial and/or personal interests in Chile. The founders were awarded that Chile was a beautiful country, with a fascinating culture, plenty of possibilities in mining, in tourism and other business. This fact offered a lot of possibilities but, curiously, Chile was not as know as it should be in Luxembourg.
The Luxembourg – Chile Chamber of Commerce has tried to keep the spirit of its founders. Since the beginning, the idea was to become a forum for the exchange of ideas, cultural and business experiences related with Chile and partnership incubator in future developments related to this country.
Moreover, we took the responsibility of spread the Chilean culture in our country. As an example, the art exposition of sculptures and paintings from Marco Bustamante and Jorge López (Known as “Fabrizio”) in Abbey Neumünster, organized by our Chamber LuxChile.
All this won’t be possible without the active participation of our corporate and private members, together with the official authorities in charge of the promotion of international activities.
